An Incubator to change for good

The MSW Incubator seeks to find, train, and develop Kingdom-focused leaders who desire to engage in a rigorous process of teaching and learning to strategically steward their God-given gifts and talents to bear lasting fruit in our Valley. We exhort leaders through cohort learning, customized coaching sessions, cultivating an environment of community and conversation, self-accountability, gratitude, and service.

Over the course of six months, incubatees will participate in ten sessions with topics ranging from:

  • Vision/Mission
  • Core Values
  • Operations
  • Soul Care
  • Team Dysfunctions
  • Fundraising
  • Donor Development
  • Budget
  • Compensation
  • Marketing

We believe in equipping local NPO leaders in big ways

While other services and consultants may focus on specific areas of a nonprofit, we provide an overview of all aspects pertaining to leading a Christian nonprofit, followed by individual refinement through strategic coaching regarding leadership development and onsite implementation. Lastly, while others may charge fees for valuable services, we offer our program without financial cost along with graciously providing substantial monetary gifts to set up the leader and his/her nonprofit to be salt and light in their community and a blessing for the souls they encounter...all to the glory of God.
